It was at a house concert 10 years ago when Natalie and Sheena met for the first time. Sheena was performing and at intermission overheard Natalie sharing about her healing journey from an autoimmune condition that affects the voice and thyroid. 

As a musician living with MS, Sheena resonated with Natalie’s story of struggle and healing. They sparked a conversation from which a friendship grew that continues today and has transformed both of their lives; stoking a holy fire of sacred sisterhood, celebrating and pushing each other in their creative and professional pursuits and most of all, healing- both the physical and spiritual misperceptions that manifest as disease. 

This collaboration is a decade in the making and for the first time we will be combining the wisdom of experience that we have gleaned in our solo and shared health journeys with nearly 4 decades of combined coaching and teaching experience with our inaugural offering. 

We will guide you through the process of reconnecting to your authentic expression and how sisterhood is a catalyzing mirror for our liberation. 

There is an epidemic of female health issues that are linked to the suppression of our voices due to traumas, generational wounds, shame and being a woman in this hierarchical paradigm.

This workshop is both an intimate journey back and reclamation of your original song as well as a contribution to the collective remembering of ourselves as creative-expressive spiritual beings. We ask and answer the question: when & why did you stop singing?
