My Story
“My name is Sheena Grobb, and I’m a singer/songwriter/musician from Treherne, MB. I’ve been writing and performing songs since I was 10 years old. I’m perhaps best known for my music in Winnipeg where I now reside, as well as parts of Canada, the US, and the UK, but I don’t just play music anymore. Although I continue to love it and value that a song is something I can give, I’ve realized that music has a way of speaking to the heart and soul of a person, and I no longer take that lightly. When I play music, I feel my soul. I come alive in a way I can’t easily describe. I close my eyes, something deep inside me is stirred, and I am home. However I am meant to share that with others, I will.”

Health Coaching
I help anyone fighting for their life through illness, particularly autoimmune disease as I have faced. I support those who understand their suffering is more than just a physical problem. We look at diet, lifestyle, emotional work, spiritual practices, and anything and everything we can use to clear, connect with, and strengthen our innate healing capacities.“
